My career didn't start in a boardroom. It started at the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane, where a young Thammasat University graduate learned how doors open between countries — and between people. Back in Bangkok, at Charoen Pokphand Foods' world headquarters, I found the work that would define my life: hiring across every level of a global company, and watching how the right person in the right seat can change everything.
In 2013, I bet on myself. I founded Q Hunter Recruitment — and as its CEO for over a decade, I've built it on one conviction: Thailand deserved a new kind of search firm, where every consultant is a true industry specialist who understands your business before sending a single CV. What started as one recruiter's ambition became a platform trusted by leading companies across Asia. The wins kept compounding: in 2018 I co-founded Q Elitez, an HR outsourcing joint venture now managing 200 people across Thailand, and in 2023 Singapore's Elitez Group — 300 consultants across six countries — named me Country Director, extending our reach across the region.
Today, I sit on the Board of Directors of the Singapore-Thai Chamber of Commerce (2025–2027) and the JFCCT SME Executive Committee, working to open the same doors for others that were once opened for me. And because the future of work is being written right now — I invest in the technology writing it.
